HOW IT WORKS: FILL OUT ORDER FORM

1. Enter the Product Name and how much you would like to order (by ounces). Example: Pea 4oz, Sunflower 6oz, Wheatgrass 8oz, etc. 
2. Once your order is received, An Order Confirmation will be sent confirming the order along with a payment link to finalize and process payment. A Payment Confirmation will be sent confirming the order has been shipped.
3. Order will ship every month on said date. The method of payment provided will be used for automatic monthly billing until canceled.
